1.概述
行(xing)車(che)防撞(zhuang)儀(yi)主(zhu)要(yao)應用于礦山(shan)、冶金、制造、碼頭等場合作為(wei)行(xing)車(che)防撞(zhuang)限位提示裝置是(shi)行(xing)車(che)安全生產不可(ke)缺少的配備(bei)設備(bei)。該產品(pin)分為(wei)A型、B型、C型三種,A型為(wei)激(ji)(ji)光校準單點限位檢測(ce);B型為(wei)激(ji)(ji)光枝準二點限位檢測(ce);C型為(wei)激(ji)(ji)光單點限位檢測(ce)。
1、A型單(dan)點(dian)限位(wei)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce),內置(zhi)一個(ge)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)單(dan)元和(he)反射(she)多棱鏡(jing)構成一個(ge)系(xi)統,調試時(shi)接上(shang)電(dian)源防撞(zhuang)儀上(shang)發出的紅色(se)激光點(dian)。對(dui)準對(dui)面行車上(shang)的多棱反射(she)鏡(jing)。當行車運行超過預置(zhi)安全距離時(shi)。防撞(zhuang)儀檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)(ce)到回歸的反射(she)光脈沖信號。機繼電(dian)器動作驅動停車提示執行機構;
2、B型二點(dian)限(xian)位檢(jian)(jian)測,內置二個(ge)檢(jian)(jian)測單元和反(fan)(fan)射多(duo)棱鏡構成一(yi)個(ge)系統,調試時接(jie)上電源防(fang)撞儀上發出(chu)的(de)紅色激光點(dian)對(dui)(dui)(dui)準對(dui)(dui)(dui)面行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)上的(de)多(duo)棱反(fan)(fan)射鏡;在行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)相對(dui)(dui)(dui)運行(xing)(xing)的(de)距離內設二個(ge)不同距離的(de)檢(jian)(jian)測點(dian),第一(yi)個(ge)檢(jian)(jian)測點(dian)檢(jian)(jian)測到反(fan)(fan)射光脈沖信(xin)號即繼電器(qi)動作驅動行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)減速提(ti)(ti)示(shi)執行(xing)(xing)機構;第二個(ge)檢(jian)(jian)測點(dian)檢(jian)(jian)測到反(fan)(fan)射光脈沖信(xin)號即II繼電器(qi)動作,驅動行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)停車(che)(che)提(ti)(ti)示(shi)執行(xing)(xing)機構;
3、C型激光(guang)單(dan)點限位檢(jian)測,內(nei)置一個檢(jian)測單(dan)元和反射多棱鏡構成一個系統(tong),采用大(da)功(gong)率激光(guang)元件發射光(guang)脈沖信號。當防撞儀在設定(ding)的、位置時接受到回(hui)歸的反射光(guang)脈沖信號時,即繼電器動(dong)作(zuo)驅動(dong)行(xing)車減速提示執行(xing)機構或停車執行(xing)機構;具有(you)作(zuo)用距(ju)離(li)遠、穿(chuan)透力強、采用偏移角度定(ding)位,距(ju)離(li)設定(ding)準(zhun)確等(deng)特點。適合在霧氣(qi)較大(da)的環(huan)境中使用.
2.安全注意事項
1、安裝接線(xian)須由專業(ye)工作人員施工。
2、確(que)認(ren)所(suo)提供的電源或防(fang)撞儀的銘牌上所(suo)標稱(cheng)的電壓相符。
3、防撞儀所驅動的(de)負載不大于5A。
4、避免將防撞儀安裝(zhuang)在陽光、白熾燈直射(she)位置。
5、避(bi)免(mian)二(er)臺防(fang)撞儀(yi)正面相對安裝,以(yi)免(mian)引起(qi)誤(wu)動(dong)。
6、定時清理防撞儀和(he)多棱鏡上的灰塵(chen),確保正常工作。

2.B-type two-point limit detection, built-in two detection units and reflective polygon mirror to form a system, when debugging.connect the red laser point emitted by the power anti-collision device to the polygon mirror on the opposite vehicle;There aretwo detection points with different distances within the running distance. The first detection point detects the reflected light pulsesignal, that is , the relay action drives the vehicle to slow down and prompts the actuator; the second detection point detects thereflected light pulse signal, which is thell relay action.Drive the parking reminder actuator;
3.C-type laser single-point limit detection, built-in a detection unitand reflective polygon mirror to form a system,using high-power laser elements to emit light pulse signals. When the anti-c ollision device receives the returning reflected light pulse signalat the set and position, that is, the relay action drives the vehicle to slow down and prompt the actuator or the parking actuator;it has a long working distance, strong penetrating force,and uses an ofset angle for positioning , accurate distance setting.Suitable for use in foggy environments.
2.Safety Precautions
1.lnstallation and wiring must be performed by professional staff.2.Confirm that the nominal voltage provided on the nameplateof the power supply or anti-collision device matches.
3.The load driven by the collision avoidance device is not morethan 5A.
4.Avoid installing the anti-collision device in direct sunlight orincandescent light.
5.Avoid installing two anti-collision devices on the front side toavoid misoperation.
6.Regularly clean up the dust on the collision avoidance deviceand the polygon mirror to ensure normal work.
