1.概述
本品適用于(yu)檢測帶式輸送機(ji)在運行(xing)中(zhong)出現的(de)(de)膠(jiao)帶與主滾筒之間的(de)(de)打(da)滑,防止打(da)滑所(suo)造成的(de)(de)惡性事(shi)故,該產品還適用于(yu)多(duo)條膠(jiao)帶機(ji)聯鎖或停機(ji)。為膠(jiao)帶機(ji)的(de)(de)安全運行(xing)提供(gong)可靠的(de)(de)檢測手段(duan)。
2.工作原理
本產品在工(gong)作過程中,剛(gang)接通電(dian)(dian)源時(shi),延時(shi)10秒工(gong)作指(zhi)示燈(deng)(deng)1和(he)2均(jun)亮(liang)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)不(bu)動作,延時(shi)之(zhi)后通過兩路光電(dian)(dian)傳感器(qi)(qi)檢測帶(dai)速信號,然后輸(shu)入控制(zhi)箱內(nei),經微(wei)電(dian)(dian)腦(CPU)顯示并計算得(de)出實際的(de)帶(dai)速送顯示器(qi)(qi),同時(shi)與預(yu)置(zhi)帶(dai)速進行比較,當(dang)帶(dai)速低于設(she)定(ding)(ding)值(zhi),控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)顯示帶(dai)速,并使(shi)相(xiang)對應(ying)的(de)繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)發出信號,同時(shi)對應(ying)的(de)指(zhi)示燈(deng)(deng)(紅色(se))亮(liang),說(shuo)明(ming)皮帶(dai)打滑;反之(zhi),當(dang)實際帶(dai)速高于設(she)定(ding)(ding)值(zhi)時(shi),控制(zhi)器(qi)(qi)進入正常工(gong)作,對應(ying)指(zhi)示燈(deng)(deng)〔綠色(se))亮(liang)。繼(ji)(ji)電(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)釋放(fang)。
3.使用與安裝
本產品的控制箱應安(an)裝在(zai)膠帶機(ji)機(ji)架上或距監測(ce)頭較近的墻壁(bi)上(不能大于100米)傳感頭安(an)裝(zhuang)在膠帶機下(xia)皮帶上(shang)面(mian)且(qie)皮帶運行比較平穩處(chu)。傳感(gan)(gan)頭(tou)安裝(zhuang)有兩種方式:一(yi)種是(shi)講(jiang)傳感(gan)(gan)頭(tou)焊裝(zhuang)在膠帶機托輯(ji)支(zhi)架橫梁下面,另外一種可以現場自行(xing)焊接40*40的角(jiao)鋼(gang)做橫梁,在角(jiao)鋼中間處打兩孔(kong)( 16 ),孔(kong)間距見膠帶機托(tuo)混的間距(ju),將(jiang)此角鋼固定在托輯(ji)支架的螺栓上即可。
4.結構特點
1、先按(an)(an)SET鍵(jian)出現數碼(ma)閃(shan)爍,再按(an)(an)“<”“A”鍵(jian)到顯示9、1、2、3,再按(an)(an)SET鍵(jian)出現閃(shan)爍,再按(an)(an)“<”“A”鍵(jian)調(diao)整運(yun)行轉速值(zhi),再按(an)(an)SET鍵(jian)設置成功。
2、同樣按照(zhao)以上步驟把顯(xian)示9、1、2、3,改為9、4、5、6,進行調整打(da)滑I的(de)轉速值。
3、同樣(yang)按照以上步驟把顯示9、1、2、3,改為9、7、8、9,進(jin)行調(diao)整打滑I的轉速值(zhi)。(設備供電應與皮帶機同步。設備得電后八秒內如檢(jian)測不到一(yi)個信(xin)號示為(wei)打滑,反之檢(jian)測到一(yi)個信(xin)號進入正常啟動(dong)程序自適(shi)應。當(dang)帶(dai)速大于設定值時(shi)進入正常工(gong)作(zuo)狀態。如須長期帶(dai)電(dian),應在皮(pi)帶(dai)啟動(dong)時(shi)在程控室屏(ping)蔽設備觸(chu)點。)
(1)為保證檢測(ce)器的可(ke)靠(kao)工作,檢測(ce)器在接電時控制器只顯(xian)示帶速,不作任(ren)何處(chu)理,當皮(pi)帶運行(xing)到正常轉速時開(kai)始工作既延時工作。所以不要接電后就檢測。
(2)檢(jian)測(ce)器內部(bu)檢(jian)測(ce)及(ji)控制線路全部(bu)采(cai)用集成電路,從而(er)大大提高了(le)檢(jian)測(ce)器的檢(jian)測(ce)精度及(ji)可靠性,但是在使用中(zhong)必須在技術參(can)數內工(gong)作。

2.Working Principle
During the working process, when the power is turned on, the working indicators 1 and 2 are turned on after a delay of 10 seconds.The relay does not operate.After the delay, the two speed sensors are used to detect the speed signal, and then input into thecontrol box.The microcomputer(CPU)displays and calculates the actual tape speed display, and compares it with the presettape speed.When the tape speed is lower than the set value, the controller displays the tape speed and causes the corespondingrelay to send a signal and correspondingly If the indicator light (red) is on, the belt is slipping; otherwise, when the actual beltspeed is higher than the set value, the controller enters normal work, and the corresponding indicator light (green) is on.Therelay is released.
3.Use & lnstallation
The control box of this product should be installed on the beltconveyor frame or on the wall near the monitoring head(not more than 100 meters).The sensor head is installed on thebelt under the belt conveyor and the belt runs relatively smoothly.there are two ways to install the sensor head: one is to weld thesensor head under the beam of the roller support of the belt conveyor,and the other can weld the 40* 40 angle steel on the spot to makethe beam, and make two holes( 16) in the middle of the angle, thedistance between the holes is shown in the distance betweenthe rollers of the belt conveyor,and this angle steel can be fixedon the bolt of the roller support.
4.Options
1.Press the SET key first to display a digital flash, then press the "<" and " " keys to display 9,1,2,3, and then press the SET keyto flash, then press the "<" and " A" keys to adjust the running speed.Press SET again to set successfully.
2.Follow the above steps to display 9,1,2,3, change to 9,4,5,6 to adjust the speed of slip l .
3.Also follow the steps above to change the display 9,1,2,.3 to 9,7,8,9 to adjust the speed of the slip l . (The power supply ofthe device should be synchronized with the belt conveyor. lf no signal is detected within eight seconds after the device ispowered on,it indicates slipping, otherwise a signal is detected and enters the normal start-up procedure to adapt. When thebelt speed is greater than the set value, it enters the normal working state.lf long-term electrification is required, shield thedevice contacts in the program control room when the belt starts.)
(1) In order to ensure the reliable operation of the detector, the controller only displays the belt speed when the detector isconnected to the power, and does not perform any processing. When the belt runs to the normal speed, itstarts to work, whichis a delay.So don't test it after power on.
