1.概述
本品適用于檢測(ce)帶(dai)式輸送(song)機在運行中(zhong)出現的(de)膠帶(dai)與主滾筒之間的(de)打滑,防止打滑所造成的(de)惡性事故,該產品還適用于多條(tiao)膠帶(dai)機聯鎖(suo)或停機。為膠帶(dai)機的(de)安全運行提供可靠的(de)檢測(ce)手段。
2.工作原理
本產品在工(gong)作(zuo)過程中,剛(gang)接通(tong)電(dian)源時(shi)(shi),延時(shi)(shi)10秒工(gong)作(zuo)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)1和(he)2均亮(liang)(liang)繼電(dian)器(qi)不動(dong)作(zuo),延時(shi)(shi)之后通(tong)過兩路光電(dian)傳感器(qi)檢測帶(dai)速(su)(su)信號,然后輸入(ru)控(kong)制箱內,經微電(dian)腦(nao)(CPU)顯示(shi)并(bing)(bing)計算得出(chu)實際的(de)(de)帶(dai)速(su)(su)送(song)顯示(shi)器(qi),同時(shi)(shi)與預(yu)置帶(dai)速(su)(su)進(jin)行比較,當帶(dai)速(su)(su)低于設定值,控(kong)制器(qi)顯示(shi)帶(dai)速(su)(su),并(bing)(bing)使相對應的(de)(de)繼電(dian)器(qi)發出(chu)信號,同時(shi)(shi)對應的(de)(de)指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(紅色(se))亮(liang)(liang),說明皮帶(dai)打滑;反之,當實際帶(dai)速(su)(su)高(gao)于設定值時(shi)(shi),控(kong)制器(qi)進(jin)入(ru)正常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo),對應指(zhi)示(shi)燈(deng)(綠色(se))亮(liang)(liang)。繼電(dian)器(qi)釋(shi)放。
3.使用與安裝
本產品的(de)控制箱應安裝在膠帶機(ji)機(ji)架上或距監測頭(tou)較近的(de)墻壁上(不(bu)能大于(yu)100米)傳感頭安裝(zhuang)在膠帶(dai)機下皮(pi)帶(dai)上面且皮(pi)帶(dai)運行比較平(ping)穩處。傳感頭(tou)安(an)裝有兩種(zhong)方式(shi):一種(zhong)是講傳感頭(tou)焊裝在膠帶機托輯支(zhi)架橫梁(liang)下面,另外一種可以現場自(zi)行焊接40*40的角鋼做橫梁在角鋼中間處打兩孔(kong)( 16 ),孔(kong)間距見膠帶機(ji)托(tuo)棍的間(jian)距,將此角(jiao)鋼固定在托輯支架的螺栓(shuan)上即可。
4.結構特點
1、先按SET鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)出現(xian)數碼閃爍,再(zai)按“<”“A”鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)到(dao)顯(xian)示9、1、2、3,再(zai)按SET鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)出現(xian)閃爍,再(zai)按“<”“*”鍵(jian)(jian)(jian)調整運行(xing)轉速值,再(zai)按(an)SET鍵設置成功(gong)。
2、同樣按照以上步驟(zou)把顯示(shi)9、1、2、3,改為9、4、5、6,進行調(diao)整打滑I的轉速(su)值。
3、同樣按照以(yi)上步(bu)驟把顯示9、1、2、3,改為9、7、8、9,進(jin)行調整打滑I的轉速值。(設備供電應與皮(pi)帶機同步(bu)。設備得(de)電后八(ba)秒內如檢測不到(dao)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)信(xin)號示為打滑,反之檢測到(dao)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)信(xin)號進(jin)入(ru)正常啟動程(cheng)(cheng)序(xu)自(zi)適應。當(dang)帶速大于設定值時(shi)進(jin)入(ru)正常工作(zuo)狀態。如須(xu)長期帶電,應在皮(pi)帶啟動時(shi)在程(cheng)(cheng)控室屏蔽設備觸(chu)點。)
(1)為(wei)保證(zheng)檢(jian)(jian)測器(qi)(qi)(qi)的可靠工作,檢(jian)(jian)測器(qi)(qi)(qi)在(zai)接電時控(kong)制器(qi)(qi)(qi)只顯示帶速,不(bu)作任何處(chu)理,當(dang)皮帶運行到正常轉(zhuan)速時開始工作既延時工作。
所以(yi)不要接電后就檢(jian)測(ce)。
(2)檢(jian)(jian)測器(qi)內(nei)部(bu)檢(jian)(jian)測及控制線路全部(bu)采用集(ji)成電路,從而大(da)大(da)提高了檢(jian)(jian)測器(qi)的檢(jian)(jian)測精度及可靠(kao)性,但是在使(shi)用中必須在技(ji)術參數內(nei)
工作。

2.Working Principle
During the working process, when the power is turned on, the working indicators 1 and 2 are turned on after a delay of 10 seconds.The relay does not operate. After the delay, the two speed sensors are used to detect the speed signal, and then input into thecontrol box.The microcomputer(CPU)displays and calculates the actual tape speed display, and compares it with the presettape speed. When the tape speed is lower than the set value, the controller displays the tape speed and causes the correspondingrelay to send a signal and correspondingly lf the indicator light (red) is on, the belt is slipping; otherwise, when the actual beltspeed is higher than the set value, the controller enters normal work, and the corresponding indicator light (green) is on.Therelay is released.
3.Use& lnstallation

4.Options
1.Press the SET key first to display a digital flash, then press the " <" and "A " keys to display 9,1,2,3, and then press the SET keyto flash, then press the " <" and " A" keys to adjust the running speed.Press SETagain to set successfully.
2.Follow the above steps to display 9,1,2,3, change to 9,4,5,6 to adjust the speed of slip l .
3.Also follow the steps above to change the display 9,1,2,3 to 9,7,8,9 to adjust the speed of the slip l . (The power supply ofthe device should be synchronized with the belt conveyor.If no signal is detected within eight seconds after the device ispowered on, it indicates slipping, otherwise a signal is detected and enters the normal start-up procedure to adapt.
