1.概述
檢(jian)測器安裝在溜槽(cao)側壁上,當溜槽(cao)內(nei)發生堵塞(sai)時,堆積(ji)的物料擠(ji)壓活動(dong)門(men)并(bing)使之偏(pian)移而啟動(dong)行程(cheng)開關(guan),發出告(gao)警或(huo)停(ting)機信號。排除故障后,活動(dong)門(men)在壓簧(huang)作(zuo)用下自動(dong)復位。
2.工作原理
1、本檢測(ce)器采用(yong)測(ce)壓活動(dong)結(jie)構,故障排除后,壓簧的推(tui)力(li)使(shi)之自動(dong)復位。
2、機(ji)內(nei)選用高性能(neng)微動開關,動作靈敏,可靠性高。
3、外形(xing)尺寸小(xiao),便于安裝。
3.使用與安裝
安裝在不受物料直接沖擊的溜槽垂直側壁上(shang);
產(chan)品可分為兩個一組(zu),安裝(zhuang)高(gao)度根(gen)據用戶需要而定,一般安裝(zhuang)于溜槽底(di)部內上三分之一高(gao)度為宜;
本產品也可用四個(ge)分(fen)兩(liang)組(zu)(zu),一(yi)組(zu)(zu)安裝(zhuang)在溜(liu)槽側(ce)壁從底算(suan)起(qi)三分(fen)之一(yi)相對高度,作為輕度堵塞檢測,用于(yu)接振打(da)裝(zhuang)置信(xin)號,當(dang)溜(liu)槽發生(sheng)堵塞時,振打(da)裝(zhuang)置接受到信(xin)號后,并開始振打(da),另(ling)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)安裝(zhuang)底部(bu)三分(fen)之二處,作為重度堵塞檢測發生(sheng)堵塞時輸(shu)出停機信(xin)號

1.Features
The detector is installed on the side wall of the chute.When a blockage occurs in the chute, the accumulated material squeezesthe movable door and deviates it to start the travel switch, and issues an alarm or a stop signal.After the fault is removed, themovable door is automatically reset by the pressure spring.
2.Working Principle
1.This detector adopts a pressure measuring movable structure. After the fault is removed, the thrust of the compression springautomatically resets it.
2.High-performance micro-switches are selected in the machine , which has sensitive action and high reliabilty.
3.Small size,easy to install.
3.Use & Installation
1.Installed on the vertical side wall of the chute that is not directly impacted by the material;
2.The product can be divided into two groups, and the installation height is determined according to the needs of the user.Generally, it is appropriate to install it in the upper third of the bottom of the chute;
3.This product can also be divided into two groups of four. One group is installed on the side wall of the chute at a relative heightof one-third from the bottom. lt is used as a light blockage detection to receive the signal of the rapping device. After the devicereceives the signal, it starts to beat. The other two thirds of the bottom of the installation are used to output a stop signal whena heavy blockage occurs.
