1.概述
檢測器安裝在溜槽側(ce)壁上,當溜槽內(nei)發(fa)生(sheng)堵塞(sai)時,堆積(ji)的物料擠(ji)壓活動門并使之偏移而(er)啟(qi)動行(xing)程開關,發(fa)出告警或停機信號。排除故障后,活動門在壓簧作(zuo)用下自(zi)動復位.

1、本檢測器(qi)采用測壓活動(dong)結構,故障排除后,壓簧的推力(li)使之自動(dong)復位。

產(chan)品(pin)可分為兩(liang)個一(yi)(yi)組,安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)高度根(gen)據用戶需要而(er)定,一(yi)(yi)般(ban)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)于溜槽底部(bu)內(nei)上三分之一(yi)(yi)高度為宜(yi);
本產品也可用四個(ge)分兩組(zu),一(yi)(yi)組(zu)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)溜槽(cao)側壁(bi)從底(di)算起(qi)三分之一(yi)(yi)相對(dui)高度(du),作為輕度(du)堵(du)塞(sai)檢測,用于接振打裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)信號,當溜槽(cao)發生堵(du)塞(sai)時,振打裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)接受到信號后,并開始振打,另一(yi)(yi)組(zu)安裝(zhuang)底(di)部三分之二(er)處,作為重度(du)堵(du)塞(sai)檢測發生堵(du)塞(sai)時輸出停機信號

1.Features
The detector is installed on the side wall of the chute.When a blockage occurs in the chute, the accumulated material squeezesthe movable door and deviate it to start the travel switch , and issues an alarm or a stop signal. After the fault is removed, themovable door is automatically reset by the pressure spring.
2.Working Principle
1.This detector adopts a pressure measuring movable structure.After the fault is removed, the thrust of the compression springautomatically resets it.
2.High-performance micro-switches are selected in the machine, which has sensitive action and high reliability.

3.Use & lnstallation
1.Installed on the vertical side wall of the chute that is not directly impacted by the material;
2.The product can be divided into two groups, and the installation height is determined according to the needs of the user.Generally, it is appropriate to install it in the upper third of the bottom of the chute;
3.This product can also be divided into two groups of four.One group is installed on the side wall of the chute at a relative heightof one-third from the bottom. lt is used as a light blockage detection to receive the signal of the rapping device.After the devicereceives the signal, it starts to beat.The other two thirds of the bottom of the installation are used to output a stop signal whena heavy blockage occurs.
